Production Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead the operational performance of all production lines and machining operations, ensuring targets for safety, quality, delivery, cost, people development, and digital/ESG performance are met.
• Supervise, coach, and manage Production Supervisors and their teams, including performance reviews, succession planning, competency development, and production coverage.
• Drive structured problem-solving, Kaizen, SPS, root-cause investigations, and continuous-improvement projects addressing quality, safety, scrap, and production losses.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing tools including SMED, line balancing, and waste elimination to improve throughput and Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
• Lead daily and weekly Layered Daily Management meetings and collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Finance, and HR.
• Champion digital OEE dashboards, predictive maintenance tools, and ESG initiatives including glove recycling, compressed-air leak reduction, and VOC emission reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in a management role; automotive, compressor, or precision engineering experience is preferred.
• Experience leading supervisors and managing multi-line production operations.
• Strong command of Lean tools including Kaizen, SMED, SPS/8D, OEE, scrap and defect reduction, cost control, and safety management.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills across Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Business-level English, written and spoken, required.
