Process & Quality Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Rayong, Thailand

What you will do

• Design and control production processes to improve quality, productivity, lead time, and production cost.
• Reduce scrap and drive continuous process improvement across manufacturing operations.
• Investigate incoming raw-material issues and coordinate with suppliers in the USA and China.
• Create and maintain SOPs and support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 audits.
• Support Oracle, Magma, and other manufacturing system issues.
• Train production employees on SOPs and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in process and quality engineering.
• Knowledge of process documentation, process improvement, SPC, DOE, and statistical analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and statistical skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional groups and perform under pressure.
• High responsibility and strong interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
