Process Engineer Manager (FMCG Manufacturing)

Location: Bangkok Plant, Thailand; able to work in Wellgrow Industrial Estate

What you will do

• Drive operational excellence by maintaining HS&E and quality foundations and managing the line's Daily Management System.
• Coach equipment operators on Integrated Work Systems progress, standard work procedures, and execution standards.
• Assess losses through root-cause analysis, touch mapping, and weekly Hoshin activities.
• Propose and implement process improvements that eliminate failures and reduce manual intervention.
• Lead the adoption of digital tools, provide training, and improve the efficiency of digital systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify best practices and implement solutions that improve operational performance and net sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Digital skills, including manufacturing software, data analysis tools, and automation technologies.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment; fresh graduates may apply.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process-improvement methodologies.
• Previous experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
