TL;DR
Production Manager (Medical Devices): Managing manufacturing operations across all production areas and shifts at a medical device plant with an accent on GMP compliance, quality, cost, and delivery performance. Focus on leading production teams, driving Lean and Six Sigma improvements, managing manufacturing budgets, and maintaining readiness for regulatory and certification inspections.
Location: Nikom Amata City, Rayong, Thailand; onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00

What you will do
- Manage manufacturing operations across all production lines, areas, shifts, and related projects.
- Deliver production outputs in line with quality, cost, compliance, and timeline targets.
- Lead production supervisors and support staff, developing team capability, engagement, performance, and retention.
- Maintain compliance with GMDP/PICS, ISO 13485, SOPs, and regulatory requirements, including review of production records and audit readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, cost reduction, productivity, and process optimization initiatives.
- Manage manufacturing budgets and resources while collaborating with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other site stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of manufacturing experience in an international environment, preferably in medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
- At least 5 years of experience leading production teams.
- Strong experience in GMP-regulated environments, quality compliance, production planning, and process optimization.
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma, cost optimization, EHS standards, regulatory requirements, problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills in English and the local language are required.
