Maintenance Supervisor (Production) (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead engineers and technicians in maintaining production equipment availability and supporting production delivery.
• Monitor and improve OEE, MTTR, MTBF, equipment reliability, and downtime performance.
• Lead machine breakdown troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance programs and manage spare-parts strategies.
• Lead equipment improvement and investment projects from feasibility and budgeting through procurement, commissioning, validation, and handover.
• Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, cost-saving initiatives, and technical support for mechanical, electrical, facilities, and utilities systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of supervisory-level maintenance engineering experience in a production line.
• Knowledge of reliability engineering, OEE improvement, root cause analysis tools, project management, PLC automation, data analysis, and team management.
• Experience leading TPM and understanding of GMP and ISO requirements.
• Practical English communication skills and a quality and HSE mindset.
• Ability to ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, ISO standards, regulatory requirements, permit-to-work controls, and HSE procedures.
