QC Leader (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Finalize specifications, conduct visual and measurement tests, and reject or return unacceptable materials.
• Set in-process inspection criteria, verify annual material standard samples, and prepare inspection check sheets for new parts.
• Analyze defective parts and customer complaints, provide feedback to suppliers, and manage corrective quality information.
• Control measuring equipment calibration and prepare MSA plans and analysis results.
• Support internal, second-party, and third-party audits while reviewing customer manuals, standards, and specifications.
• Coordinate quality activities with Production, Purchasing, Marketing, R&D, new model teams, and head office, including Ppk, X-bar/R charts, new materials, and PPAP data.

Requirements

• Thai nationality and age between 29 and 35.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field; polymer science is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality control or as a Quality Assurance Supervisor.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, manuals, specifications, and standards.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or IATF 16949, QC 7 Tools, 8D, and FMEA.
• Good English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing, plus strong analytical, statistical, communication, leadership, and computer skills.
