Director, Business Strategy - Digital Twin & Asset Strategy

Location: Always based at the Bentonville Home Office in Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $110,000–$220,000 annual salary, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Set strategic direction for digital twin and asset management programs by aligning business objectives with customer and operational needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams in prioritizing, scoping, and evaluating enterprise-wide projects.
• Oversee digital foundations for physical assets, including trusted asset views, connected-system onboarding standards, telemetry, and lifecycle management.
• Drive continuous process improvement and monitor outcomes through data analysis, KPIs, and stakeholder feedback.
• Build partnerships with Facility Services, Global Tech, Security, and executive stakeholders to align technology, data, and security governance.
• Support workforce planning, mentoring, talent development, succession planning, and a culture of integrity and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or a related field with 6 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Extensive program management experience, including strategic planning and leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder communication, decision-making, performance management, KPI analysis, and ROI evaluation skills.
• Experience with asset management, data governance, digital tools, telemetry, and AI innovation.
• Regular work at the Bentonville, Arkansas Home Office is required.

Nice to have

• Experience leading a cross-functional team.
• Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or Transportation.
