Market compensation: $190,000–$390,000 annually

What you will do

• Own the planning and execution of digital transformation roadmaps, balancing modernization priorities with near-term business outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional technology, operations, and business teams to align on goals and drive organizational adoption.
• Assess current-state capabilities, identify AI and automation opportunities, and develop investment business cases with executive leadership.
• Build and mentor teams of transformation specialists, project managers, and change agents.
• Design change management programs covering stakeholder communication, training, and resistance mitigation.
• Track transformation KPIs, including time-to-value, adoption rates, and cost or efficiency gains, and adjust plans based on results.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading digital transformation, technology modernization, or large-scale operational change initiatives.
• Experience managing multi-year, multi-million-dollar transformation programs and delivering measurable business impact.
• Proven ability to build and lead teams, with strong mentoring and leadership capabilities.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders while articulating ROI and strategic value.
• Track record of driving organizational adoption and change management in complex, matrixed environments.
• Hands-on involvement in at least one transformational technology program involving AI, automation, or cloud modernization.
