Director of Strategic Execution

Location: Remote within the United States; remote employees must reside in AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI. The listed location is Rothschild, United States.

Salary: USD $140,000–$160,000 per year base salary, with bonus earning potential.

What you will do

• Establish enterprise intake, portfolio prioritization, and governance for cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Lead initiatives from concept through implementation, coordinating dependencies, resources, stage gates, health checks, and steering committees.
• Serve as the primary business counterpart to Technology by defining requirements, coordinating UAT, validating solutions, and aligning priorities with delivery capacity.
• Define business architecture and operating models covering decision rights, handoffs, and process redesign.
• Partner with the Director of AI and Data to prioritize AI and automation opportunities and define success metrics.
• Measure portfolio health, resource utilization, initiative velocity, ROI, adoption, and benefit realization for executive reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in operations, enterprise transformation, project management, or business execution leadership.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience with cross-functional accountability.
• Experience driving complex initiatives from strategy through implementation with measurable outcomes.
• Experience bridging business and technology organizations.
• Ability to supervise, develop, and direct enterprise program managers.

Nice to have

• Change management certification such as Prosci or CCMP.
• Program management certification such as PfMP or MSP.
• Experience managing or partnering with continuous improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma teams.
