Principal, Program Execution

Location: Boston, MA, United States. Hybrid schedule: office attendance four days per week with flexibility to work remotely one day per week.

Base salary: USD 120,000–225,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own annual and quarterly planning cycles, operating cadences, and governance structures for the Infrastructure Platform’s seven functions.
• Design and evolve the Infrastructure Platform operating model, diagnosing organizational friction and developing practical recommendations.
• Build and maintain a strategy scorecard, define outcome-focused metrics, and produce executive-level reporting.
• Track strategic initiative risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies, developing recommendations to resolve blockers.
• Help integrate the product operating model with broader prioritization and execution practices.
• Coordinate enterprise AI enablement, stakeholder communications, working sessions, and senior-leader presentations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in consulting-style environments and/or large, complex organizations.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop clear recommendations, and drive implementation.
• Experience with governance design, planning cycles, operating frameworks, or program-level risk and dependency management.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships, engage senior leaders, challenge constructively, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfort working with data, owning scorecards, collaborating with Finance and HR, and producing rigorous analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a bachelor’s degree.

• Exposure to product operating models or agile delivery environments.
• Experience with enterprise AI adoption or enablement.
