Trade Compliance Manager (Americas)

What you will do

• Lead the trade compliance program across North and Latin America.
• Act as the regional subject matter expert for customs, export controls, sanctions, and anti-boycott regulations.
• Develop compliance strategies, governance frameworks, policies, controls, and corrective actions.
• Drive tariff mitigation through trade-zone optimization, free-trade agreement utilization, and duty-recovery programs.
• Oversee audits, investigations, risk assessments, and cross-functional compliance initiatives.
• Lead automation and digital transformation for classification, screening, and trade documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training.
• Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing skills required.
• Extensive experience in international trade compliance, customs, export controls, and sanctions management.
• Strong knowledge of US and LATAM trade regulations within complex global supply chains.
• Experience developing and deploying compliance policies, processes, and procedures.
• Experience with SAP GTS, ERP systems, tariff analysis, trade-process automation, and cross-functional program leadership.
