Security Supervisor (Luxury Retail)

Location: Reggello - Via Europa, 8, Italy; full-time onsite role based at the Firenze mall.

The Mall Simon Luxury Outlets operates exclusive luxury outlet villages in Italy, including The Mall Firenze and The Mall Sanremo.

What you will do

• Supervise security suppliers and ensure services meet the standards of a luxury retail environment.
• Implement security procedures, emergency plans, patrols, inspections, and daily risk assessments.
• Monitor guests, employees, assets, and facilities, responding to emergencies, incidents, and guest concerns.
• Manage CCTV, alarm systems, access control, badge coordination, and incident reporting.
• Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and external authorities when required.
• Prepare security performance and incident reports, support VIP arrivals and high-profile events, and manage the security budget.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Security Officer or Security Supervisor.
• Leadership, communication, crisis-management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, risk prevention, and emergency protocols.
• Familiarity with CCTV, access control, and incident-reporting systems.
• Fluent Italian and good English are required.
• High ethical standards, discretion, integrity, and a guest-focused approach.

Nice to have

• Experience in luxury hospitality or a similarly high-standard environment.
• Additional language skills.
