Project Executive (K-12 Construction)

What you will do

• Manage the operations, administration, and bottom-line profitability of assigned projects.
• Review and approve project estimates, budgets, schedules, subcontracts, and major material purchase orders.
• Lead project planning, job start meetings, mobilization, staffing, and job setup.
• Oversee scheduling, cost control, procurement, estimating, cash flow, progress payments, reporting, and closeout.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise construction personnel while enforcing company, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain client relationships, support business development, and participate in proposal presentations.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of field construction management experience, including supervisory experience.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organizational, communication, drafting, and computer skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting.
• Thorough understanding of project management control systems, including scheduling, cost control, procurement, and estimating.
