Senior Project Manager (Construction)

Salary: $135,000–$210,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, bidding, cost control, client relations, and closeout.
• Lead preconstruction activities from schematic design and existing-condition reviews through final budget approval.
• Manage owner and subcontract contracts, project reporting, financial goals, and budget controls.
• Organize and guide internal and external project teams throughout the project life cycle.
• Lead RFP responses, presentations, business development, and client relationship management.
• Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, support recruiting programs, and lead training on industry and company best practices.

Requirements

• 9+ years of construction project management experience, or equivalent experience based on a bachelor's or master's degree.
• 2–3 years of experience specifically in commercial construction.
• Experience managing field operations, scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong estimating, budgeting, financial management, drawing review, and construction-trades knowledge.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering is preferred; strong professional experience may be considered. References, a resume, and a project list are required.
