Senior Project Manager (Construction)

What you will do

• Lead large and complex commercial construction projects from planning through the warranty period.
• Manage project scope, deliverables, staffing, schedules, budgets, risks, logistics, and change management.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project planning teams.
• Prepare bid packages, manage the construction management bidding process, and conduct pre-bid and post-bid reviews.
• Establish subcontract agreements, trade scopes, project expectations, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Maintain client relationships, lead trade contractor relations, and resolve project, jobsite, and coordination issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least 10 years of commercial construction experience in a leadership role, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager or in a comparable leadership position.
• Experience leading multiple large and complex construction projects.
• Training or completed coursework in Construction Management, Project Management, Safety, or Communication.
• Strong planning, scheduling, organizational, communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience managing projects valued at $10 million or more.
• Experience in commercial, education, healthcare, mixed-use, historic preservation, or industrial construction.
