Project Manager - Project Services (Construction)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Manage construction projects through budgeting, bidding, cost control, client relations, coordination, and closeout.
• Participate in RFP responses, develop presentations, and present pricing to clients.
• Coordinate communication among internal teams, trade partners, design teams, clients, superintendents, and owners.
• Prepare budgets and bids, review scopes, level trade partner bids, and monitor project costs, billing, forecasting, and receivables.
• Manage subcontracts, insurance documentation, project risk, punch lists, and financial closeout.
• Support business development, client relationship management, mentoring, and supervision of Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, or Interns.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience, including 2–3 years in commercial construction.
• Prior experience working for a commercial general contractor.
• Strong estimating, budgeting, cost monitoring, and project financial reporting skills.
• Experience with drawing review, project documentation, problem-solving, and project closeout.
• Exceptional oral and written communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and client relationship skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering is preferred; equivalent strong work experience may be considered.
