What you will do
- Lead and supervise journeyman and apprentice tradespeople on construction job sites.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Plan daily activities, allocate resources, and maintain project timelines.
- Perform installations, modifications, and preventive maintenance as needed.
- Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and clients while documenting completed work.
- Ensure compliance with job-site safety standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Valid journeyman license in plumbing or HVAC.
- At least five years of experience in commercial construction projects.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor team members.
- Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety practices.
- Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and at various heights.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
