Customer Service Technician I (Medical Equipment Service and Delivery)

Location: Hammond, Louisiana, United States; onsite at the Hammond LA Branch

Salary: $18.00 per hour plus benefits

hirify.global provides medical equipment management and service to hospitals, healthcare facilities, and local service centers.

What you will do

• Safely load, secure, deliver, and retrieve medical equipment from healthcare customers.
• Process, clean, inspect, and test equipment for continued use.
• Educate customers about equipment features and functionality during delivery.
• Complete paperwork and data entry for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate equipment inventory for the district office.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hold a current, valid, unrestricted driver's license and maintain a safe driving record.
• Have customer service experience and basic computer skills.
• Be willing to work day shifts, rotating weekends, evenings, holidays, and emergency off-hours supporting a 24/7 schedule.
• Be able to lift or push up to 75 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Be able to perform frequent bending, stooping, twisting, climbing, crouching, kneeling, crawling, sitting, and standing.
