Injection Mold Technician (Plastics Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Bothell, Washington / Seattle, Washington; day, night, and weekend shifts available.

Salary: $28–$32 per hour, plus night and weekend shift premium.

What you will do

• Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform product quality checks and follow standard work instructions.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report equipment concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing-floor work area.
• Meet production targets and support team goals.
• Complete production documentation and system entries accurately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in plastics manufacturing.
• Basic injection mold experience is preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work on-site in the Seattle/Bothell area and perform safety-sensitive manufacturing work.

Nice to have

• Previous forklift experience.
• Experience using ERP systems; training is provided.
• Associate degree.
