Business Analyst (AI)

Location: Milpitas, California, United States; onsite at the Milpitas office

Salary: $112,300–$190,800 per year

What you will do

• Analyze sell-in and sell-out data across retail, e-commerce, and distribution channels to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, KPI reports, and recurring reporting workflows using BI tools.
• Apply AI tools, agents, and automation to accelerate analysis and automate repetitive sales operations tasks.
• Develop internal scorecards, planning templates, and performance trackers in partnership with IT and data teams.
• Support quarterly business reviews, annual sales planning, forecasting, and go-to-market strategy development.
• Present clear findings and recommendations to sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, sales analytics, or strategy-focused roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience handling large, complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL, plus hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or an equivalent visualization tool.
• Experience building sales performance reports and KPI dashboards, using AI tools in analytical workflows, and presenting findings clearly.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with retail, e-commerce, or distribution sales data in consumer electronics or technology.
• Knowledge of sell-in/sell-out dynamics, inventory management, channel metrics, forecasting, or planning methodologies.
• Experience supporting QBRs or executive-level business reviews.
• Exposure to Zapier, Make, n8n, AI agents, or prompt-driven workflows.
• Experience with LATAM or multi-region sales environments.
