Associate Solution Consultant (Fintech)

Location: On-site in the United States, with hubs in New York, Austin, Miami, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington DC. Travel required.

Base salary: $115K–$135K, with equity, benefits, and an annual bonus or commission plan.

What you will do

• Serve as the day-to-day technical expert on internal and external projects and engagements.
• Support business development by presenting products and solutions, preparing statements of work, and developing pricing.
• Lead stakeholder meetings, coordinate resources, and prioritize projects across functional areas.
• Use technology to solve significant business problems with senior decision-makers.
• Funnel product innovation concepts to product managers and provide project leadership and mentoring.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Experience in financial services or wireless industries and in credit or fraud risk management analysis.
• Experience with business process re-engineering practices and methodologies.
• Strong organizational, project management, teamwork, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading enterprise-level engagements involving analytics, technology, and/or enterprise software.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects, negotiate resources and priorities with stakeholders, and deliver timely results.
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences and operate in a highly cross-functional, matrixed environment.
• Ability to communicate with team members, executives, and customers; build clear presentations; and synthesize complex statistical observations into concrete recommendations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, mathematics, economics, computer science, or another relevant field.
• MBA or master’s degree.
• Proficiency with FCRA, ECOA, GLBA, and other lending regulations.
