Principal Implementation Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Remote USA. Candidates living within a reasonable commute of a hirify.global office must work in the office at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $128,000–$160,000 per year, plus eligible short-term and long-term incentive programs and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive and manage all project phases, milestones, budgets, scope, schedules, risks, issues, and customer satisfaction across concurrent implementation projects.
• Deliver large-scale, complex, and enterprise-level hirify.global implementations with limited supervision.
• Elicit, document, interpret, and translate client business requirements into application configurations and project solutions across multiple modules.
• Advise customers on best practices, provide training, troubleshoot and test products, and address complex client use cases.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams on project progress, solution design, product development, and implementation process improvements.
• Mentor less experienced implementation consultants and provide subject matter leadership within the department.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in Consulting Services, Client Services, and/or Professional Services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous project management experience in a revenue-driven environment, such as time-and-materials billing.
• Successful completion of multiple complex enterprise-level client implementation projects and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience communicating and presenting to diverse audiences across organizational groups and levels.
• Experience in SaaS and/or software, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
• Experience with large-scale ERP systems, including SAP and Oracle.
• Advanced knowledge or experience in accounting, audits, financial services, software technology, SaaS, and/or related fields.
• Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, negotiation, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to deliver high-impact results, manage self and others under pressure and time-sensitive deadlines, and facilitate collaboration across in-person and virtual teams.

Nice to have

• Four or more years of experience in the audit/accounting industry.
• Four years of experience with hirify.global products.
• PMP certification.
• Accounting degree and/or experience.
