Professional Services Consultant (Treasury SaaS)

Location: Miami, FL, United States; in-office collaboration is expected for 10+ days per month. Chicago, IL, United States is also listed as a location.

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions to identify client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements.
• Design and document future-state solutions and configure hirify.global Treasury's platform to meet client goals.
• Advise clients on treasury best practices and modernization of legacy processes.
• Deliver user training to support adoption and help clients realize value from the platform.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, providing client feedback for the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS.
• Experience using a consultative approach, challenging the status quo, and guiding clients toward better outcomes.
• Experience navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs.
• Experience translating technical concepts into accessible financial language for CFO-level stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting.
• Previous experience working with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, and/or Finance, including comfort discussing cash flow, debt, and financial risk.
