Salary: $110,000–$140,000 USD base annually; total estimated compensation including annual incentive opportunity: $126,000–$161,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide client-facing Workday Financials support in a post-production managed services environment.
• Support Workday Financial Management across Budgets, Grants, Procurement, Banking, Expenses, Customers, Suppliers, and Core Accounting.
• Troubleshoot issues, configure solutions, and implement enhancements that improve platform stability.
• Analyze business and financial requirements, document functional specifications, and lead testing efforts.
• Partner with client stakeholders and hirify.global Managers while providing strategic guidance as a hands-on Financials solution architect.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven success delivering and supporting Workday Financial Management solutions in a post-production AMS/PPS or post-implementation environment.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing business and financial requirements, documenting functional specifications, leading testing, troubleshooting complex issues, and partnering with business and finance stakeholders.
• Ability to act as a client-facing Financials solution architect while remaining hands-on with configuration and issue resolution.
• Strong executive presence and experience engaging finance leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience, as required by hirify.global.
• No travel is required unless requested by the client.

Nice to have

• Active Workday Financials Certification, preferably in Core Financials, Grants, Procurement, or related Financials modules.
• Experience with medium- to large-scale Workday Financials AMS or post-production support engagements.
• Experience supporting Tier 2/Tier 3 client support models, including issue prioritization, root-cause analysis, and service-level management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes, including procure-to-pay, record-to-report, order-to-cash, and the grants lifecycle.
