Production Team Lead (Hourly) 3:30pm-11:30pm (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in St. Petersburg, Florida, United States. Monday–Friday, 3:30 p.m.–11:30 p.m. night shift.

What you will do

• Assign work and set priorities according to the production schedule.
• Prepare assembly work using instructions and blueprint specifications.
• Coordinate and train employees in work instructions and assembly drawings for sub-assembly manufacturing.
• Monitor efficiency, quality metrics, and work-in-progress status.
• Identify production problems, communicate risks to management, and provide performance input.
• Perform work-cell duties as needed while maintaining a safe and clean production environment.

Requirements

• Proven team leadership experience and hands-on experience in a small-scale manufacturing environment, preferably electronic assembly, cabling, or similar production operations.
• At least three years of production environment experience.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to coordinate others, multitask, work independently, and perform under pressure.
• Effective verbal and written communication, basic math skills, and proficiency with a PC, Microsoft Office, and online assembly documents.
• Ability to work on-site on the Monday–Friday evening shift.

• Previous experience training others.
• Experience recommending and implementing continuous improvements in production work cells.
