3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Forks Foundry, Forks Township, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, 3rd shift

What you will do

• Direct facility maintenance operations to support uninterrupted, safe, clean, and orderly plant operation.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance labor, shift coverage, work orders, reporting, and overtime records.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Facilities Engineering and Plant Production, with emphasis on planned preventive maintenance.
• Establish, review, and improve preventive maintenance procedures for facility equipment.
• Inspect workforce performance, recommend equipment repairs or replacements and staffing levels, and maintain necessary tools, manuals, drawings, and procedures.
• Prepare monthly maintenance activity and expenditure reports and support quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school graduation.
• Five years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, or other shifts when required.
• Ability to conduct and participate in meetings and employee training.
• Ability to handle physically and mentally stressful situations.
• Professional appearance and reliable performance and attendance record.
