Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, USA; onsite, 3rd shift

What you will do

• Supervise mechanical, electrical, facilities, maintenance, and contracted service personnel.
• Implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs, schedules, and records for manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Plan work schedules, assign resources, and resolve technical maintenance and facilities issues.
• Lead equipment improvement, relocation, and capital equipment installation projects.
• Promote safe work practices, maintain OSHA compliance, and execute environmental, safety, and ergonomic improvement plans.
• Prepare resource and cost estimates, oversee specialized contractors, and analyze operational data for equipment and staffing recommendations.

Requirements

• Two-year post-secondary degree or related certificate, or at least five years of combined supervisory and technical experience in lieu of education.
• At least two years of industrial maintenance supervisory or technical experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA maintenance and repair requirements, including Arc Flash, Lockout/Tagout, and OSHA 30-hour training requirements.
• Ability to interpret design drawings and tooling prints and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Experience leading maintenance or technical teams in a manufacturing environment and working with minimal supervision.
• Availability for overtime and an on-call rotation; visa sponsorship is not available.
