Manager, Power Platform & Modern Frontend Engineering (React)

Salary: $107,000–$214,500 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365.
• Guide integration between Power Platform, React, Angular, Next.js, and Azure-hosted services.
• Establish architectural patterns for frontend extensibility, REST API integrations, and secure, scalable deployments.
• Manage and mentor Power Platform and frontend developers while supporting staffing, utilization, and skills development.
• Advise clients during technical discovery, solution shaping, prototyping, and technology tradeoff discussions.
• Develop reusable accelerators, governance, ALM, and DevOps standards for blended low-code and pro-code solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in application development or solution delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Required: React experience; familiarity with Angular and/or Next.js is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern UI patterns.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating Power Platform with custom frontend applications and Azure services.
• Dynamics 365 customization and extension experience.
• Familiarity with Azure Functions, App Services, and API Management.
• Experience with CI/CD and ALM for Power Platform and web applications.
• Consulting, client-facing delivery, or AI-assisted development experience.
