Principal Software Engineer (D365)

Location: US - AZ - Camelback Office; onsite position

Salary: $147,760.00–$240,110.00 annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement complex enterprise solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Lead architecture and technical strategy in collaboration with architects, business analysts, engineers, and product teams.
• Deliver solutions across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Commerce, and Customer Engagement.
• Design software integrations, data exchange interfaces, technology bridges, and customer or partner infrastructure integrations.
• Apply software engineering, agile, lifecycle, and DevOps best practices.
• Guide technical decisions and promote innovation and engineering excellence.

Requirements

• Experience developing large software products, including upgrades and migrations.
• Experience with software architecture, major project design, design alternatives, and technical decision-making.
• Expert-level experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, the Microsoft development stack, and Power Platform.
• Expert-level experience with .NET, C#, X++, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with data and solution architecture, JavaScript, SQL, Azure microservices, integration development, and Azure environment management.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Unified Pricing Management, Inventory Visibility Service, Commerce Scale Unit, and Dual-Write.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and large-scale enterprise software projects.
