What you will do

• Lead the UI Platform team focused on improving frontend developer experience.
• Build and operate software supporting the full developer loop, from development and submission through production monitoring.
• Implement product vision and strategy through team processes aligned with organizational goals.
• Make long-term technical architecture decisions, manage technical debt, and balance the product roadmap.
• Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop engineering talent.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on web frontend development experience, preferably with React-based applications.
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing a high-performing engineering team.
• Experience with infrastructure, tooling, developer productivity, or performance optimization.
• Experience setting and achieving ambitious team goals aligned with company objectives.
• Strong track record of attracting, hiring, and retaining engineering talent.
• Experience managing distributed teams across multiple locations and working in a fast-paced technology environment.
