Salary: $150,000–$157,000 per year base salary

What you will do

• Design and build Canvas and Model-Driven applications with Microsoft Power Apps for complex government workflows.
• Develop Power Automate workflows for approval chains, integrations, data transformations, error handling, and monitoring.
• Create Power BI dashboards and visualizations that provide program leadership with real-time insights.
• Architect and administer secure SharePoint Online collaboration and document management environments.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Teams, Dataverse, Azure, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Gather stakeholder requirements, deliver iterative technical solutions, and provide Tier 2/3 support.

Requirements

• Active U.S. Secret security clearance required.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience designing and administering SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and permissions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dataverse, connectors, and the Power Platform admin center.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCC or GCC High Microsoft 365 environments.
• Front-end development skills with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, or React.
• Knowledge of SPFx, Microsoft Graph API, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or AI/ML integrations.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, or PL-400.
• Experience with Power Platform DevOps and ALM pipelines.
