Salary: $135,000–$168,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications using configuration and customization techniques.
• Design and architect solutions across Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
• Build business processes with Power Automate, data-driven dashboards, public portals, plug-ins, business process flows, business rules, and customized forms and views.
• Implement security models, authentication, MFA, and authorization with Azure AD and Azure B2C.
• Integrate applications using Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions, middleware tools, REST APIs, OData, and SSIS.
• Implement CI/CD with Azure DevOps and maintain compliance with architecture, agency, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant certifications.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software integration and 5+ years of experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Power Apps Portals.
• Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, and the Microsoft CRM SDK.
• Experience implementing Azure integrations, security configurations, third-party CRM integrations, and Azure DevOps CI/CD.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft or Power Platform certifications, such as Power Platform Solution Architect, Power Platform Developer, Microsoft Certified Professional, or Dynamics 365 certifications.
