Salary: $130,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules, including Employee Service Center, Case Management, and Lifecycle Events.
• Develop automated workflows for onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and employee requests.
• Create employee self-service portals, knowledge bases, and HR technology solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Build Teams bots and Power Platform integrations using Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Lead technical architecture, mentor developers, troubleshoot integrations, and train HR staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including 2+ years with ServiceNow HRSD or Employee Service Center.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• Experience integrating Microsoft applications, including Azure AD, Teams, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and Azure services.
• Expertise in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
• Understanding of HR processes and data privacy requirements.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow CIS-HR or CAD certification.
• Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 certifications.
• Experience with Power Platform and Power BI.
• Knowledge of HR compliance, including GDPR and HIPAA.
• Background in HR technology or operations.
