Client Director (Insurance)

What you will do

• Retain profitable existing business across an assigned portfolio in line with product renewal strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with major corporate clients, development clients, prospects, and key broker influencers.
• Build account profiles and strategies, agree account plans, and coordinate their execution.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities, including cross-sell opportunities across hirify.global products.
• Act as the focal point for clients and prospects within hirify.global and provide guidance for effective service delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of hirify.global products and underwriting appetite across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing major corporate client relationships as a broker, carrier, or risk manager.
• Experience with UK and multinational corporate insurance programmes, particularly P&C, Financial Lines, and Specialty products.
• Strong commercial, sales, and business development background.
• Established profile and reputation in the London commercial insurance market.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent IT skills; ACII qualification is preferred.
