Commercial Account Executive (Insurance)

Location: Warrington, England, United Kingdom — onsite

What you will do

• Manage a book of commercial clients, including small and medium-sized businesses and larger risks.
• Support renewals, mid-term adjustments, documentation queries, and quotations for additional products.
• Build strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximise retention.
• Develop new business and contribute to regional growth.
• Handle cases in a compliant and timely manner.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across the broking process.

Requirements

• Solid commercial insurance experience covering products such as Property, Liability, Fleet, PI, D&O, Motor Trade, Cyber, and Commercial Combined.
• Clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience using Word, Excel, and insurance broking platforms; Acturis experience is preferred.
• Confidence handling customer enquiries by phone, face to face, and email.
• Availability to work onsite in Warrington, United Kingdom.
