Quality Executive (Construction)

Location: Honolulu, HI, United States; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Oversee, support, and lead field teams in planning and implementing project quality control activities.
• Develop, review, and approve site-specific quality management plans in line with owner contracts and company requirements.
• Audit quality management plan progress and results, identify deficiencies, and propose corrective solutions.
• Approve training, certification standards, and trade partner project-specific quality control plans.
• Coordinate quality-related matters with owners, regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Support design and constructability reviews and provide technical guidance to onsite quality control personnel.

Requirements

• 15 years of combined relevant industry and field management experience, or an undergraduate degree plus at least 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality control inspections or equivalent experience.
• Thorough knowledge of regulatory agency quality assurance and quality control activities.
• Experience with similar facilities under construction and proven personnel supervision ability.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Have or obtain within one year NAVFAC/USACE, FHA/ADA, and at least two ICC-specific Building Inspection scope certifications.
