Extraction Lead (2nd Shift)

Location: Buttonwillow, California, USA; onsite, 2nd shift

Compensation: $24–$27

What you will do

• Lead daily beverage extraction operations and direct the work of hourly employees.
• Assign workstations, communicate shift schedules, monitor breaks, and coordinate shift handoffs.
• Train, coach, develop, and correct employee performance while maintaining a professional work environment.
• Oversee forklift and Yard Goat movements and ensure drivers follow safety procedures.
• Maintain product quality, food safety, GMP compliance, housekeeping, and operational targets.
• Support equipment maintenance, cleaning processes, shift paperwork, KPI reporting, and daily problem solving.

Requirements

• Experience or ability to lead teams, communicate with operations personnel and management, and conduct meetings.
• Knowledge of workplace safety, food safety, quality practices, and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to analyze situations, make decisions, follow detailed instructions, and perform basic math using weight, volume, and distance measurements.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Flexible availability for evenings, mandatory weekends, and overtime is required.
• Aerial lift certification and chemical-handling training are required for assigned duties.
