Coating Operator - Building 19, Nights Shift, 7PM - 7AM, Mon - Fri

Location: Mentor, Ohio, USA; onsite night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday

What you will do

• Operate coating equipment and manufacture products according to specifications.
• Monitor and adjust process conditions to maintain safe, efficient, and consistent production.
• Operate lift trucks, move and supply materials, load and unload trucks, and complete inventory transactions in MFG/Pro.
• Work with maintenance to troubleshoot machine issues and perform daily production maintenance, preventive maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Complete production documentation and maintain compliance with GDP, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and GMP standards.
• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities, including throughput, scrap reduction, safety, and ELS initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or at least three years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work the designated 7:00 PM–7:00 AM Monday–Friday schedule and accept reasonable overtime.
• Strong commitment to environmental, health, and safety procedures.
• Quality-focused approach with the ability to identify root causes, resolve issues, and communicate solutions.
• Good written and oral communication skills and the ability to read and understand manufacturing documents.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and complete required training records.
