Managing Director - Commercial Banking

Location: Las Vegas, NV; may require up to 50% travel

Salary: $173,945–$216,894 annually for new hires in Las Vegas, NV, with potential annual bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock.

What you will do

• Execute the business line and regional strategic plans to achieve loan, deposit, fee income, net income, growth, and customer retention targets.
• Lead business development, prospect solicitation, sales activity, and expansion of existing client relationships within the local addressable market.
• Structure, negotiate, underwrite, and coordinate the closing of major and complex loans, deposits, and treasury management products.
• Lead sales, pipeline, and portfolio management meetings with sales and credit teams; maintain accurate CRM records, reports, and forecasts.
• Assess financing requests, review loan presentations, and present requests to credit administration or loan committees.
• Manage and develop a team of lenders and analysts while representing the bank in community and civic activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership experience and expert knowledge of relationship management.
• Advanced to expert knowledge of banking operations, including deposits, loan administration, treasury management, and commercial banking products.
• Advanced to expert knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, industry standards, and banking practices.
• Advanced to expert lending experience, including negotiation, underwriting, relationship development, and closing complex consumer, residential, equipment, SBA, commercial building, and business loans.
• Expert speaking and writing communication skills, with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
