Associate Recruiter

Annual pay range: $65,000–$80,000 USD OTE

What you will do

• Support full-cycle recruiting for hardware engineering and hardware operations roles in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Draft personalized outreach, conduct phone screens, and support early-stage candidate evaluation.
• Coordinate phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite interviews across multiple time zones and international participants.
• Manage candidate workflows, interview feedback, reporting, and data integrity in Greenhouse ATS.
• Support offers, reference checks, onboarding handoffs, candidate communication, and recruiting process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and sourcing.
• Curiosity and persistence when engaging passive candidates.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working onsite and independent authorization to work in the United States are required; visa sponsorship is not available.
