Senior Recruiter (AI)

Location: Livingston, NJ; New York, NY; Sunnyvale, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Bellevue, WA

Salary: $127,000–$168,000 base salary annually, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits based on eligibility.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM, Revenue, Solutions Architecture, and Business & Operations roles.
• Run intake, calibration, sourcing, candidate assessment, offer strategy, and closing activities.
• Build strong, vetted pipelines and deliver hiring results on tight timelines.
• Advise senior leaders and hiring managers on role scope, leveling, compensation bands, interview design, and decision quality.
• Partner with People Operations, HR Business Partners, Finance, and Legal on hiring plans and structured processes.
• Use funnel metrics and market intelligence to forecast timelines and continuously improve recruiting tools and processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technology or adjacent industries.
• Experience recruiting across GTM, Revenue, Business & Operations, and G&A functions including Finance, Legal, People/HR, IT, Procurement, and Executive Support.
• Success hiring for Manager and Director levels and other hard-to-fill specialties.
• Expertise in intake, calibration, structured candidate assessment, offer strategy, and closing.
• Strong data fluency, including funnel management, timeline forecasting, and metrics-based decision-making.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Tableau.
