Licensed Practical Nurse- PRN (Senior Living)

Location: Onsite in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, USA

Salary: USD 35–36 per hour

What you will do

• Monitor residents’ health, safety, and overall well-being.
• Provide direct nursing care with an emphasis on holistic wellness.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise certified nursing assistants and other care staff according to regulations and community policies.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and maintain clinical quality assurance.
• Promote high-quality service while supporting the company’s mission.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current LPN license.
• Experience with long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospital settings is preferred.
• Experience supporting residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations and nursing practices.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel, with the ability to learn new applications.
• Ability to perform physically demanding duties, including lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds and supporting residents.
