Production Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: US-Airport B (TAS); based at the Cullen manufacturing location in the United States

What you will do

• Manage production supervisors, direct labor staff, work orders, staffing, workspace, and manufacturing schedules.
• Plan and implement production lines and coordinate assembly activities across TAS manufacturing facilities.
• Partner with engineering, purchasing, operations project engineers, quality control, and project managers to meet project requirements.
• Monitor department performance, budgets, operating costs, quality, schedule, safety, and material movement.
• Develop standard work procedures, training curricula, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Maintain safe work practices and HSE programs, including Lock-out Tag-out, while developing team capabilities.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of technical experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting and 8+ years of supervisory experience.
• Heavy mechanical and fabrication experience with pumps, motors, process piping, valves, control valves, skid-based units, process skids, and instrumentation.
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID, ISO, and engineering assembly drawings, and perform shop math.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong supervisory, analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and communicate issues and solutions with project engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience in an ISO-certified environment.
• Knowledge of AWS and ASME welding procedures.
