What you will do

  • Support safe, efficient manufacturing operations across multiple shifts and act as Department Manager when required.
  • Lead Production Supervisors, evaluate performance, provide training, and mentor Manufacturing Support Specialists.
  • Manage production schedules, manpower planning, vacation and overtime planning, material flow, and interdepartmental process coordination.
  • Monitor work center performance, analyze RMR and SPC data, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop SOPs and FMEA documents, manage TPM and preventive maintenance plans, and reduce equipment downtime.
  • Evaluate equipment and process improvements, manage consumables budgets, and prepare reports, charts, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 8 years of manufacturing supervisory or management experience, including leadership of multiple supervisor-level direct reports.
  • Extensive experience with production scheduling, manpower planning, process flows, manufacturing systems, material flow, quality systems, and process control.
  • Experience leading project teams, managing resources, developing training materials, and mentoring staff.
  • Knowledge of equipment evaluation, maintenance technologies, TPM planning, preventive maintenance, downtime management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, prioritization, decision-making, safety, and environmental stewardship skills.
