Finishing Operator - Nights

Location: Onsite in Painesville/Fairport Harbor, Ohio, USA. B12 Team, 2-2-3 schedule, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Starting hiring rate: $22.47/hour plus $2/hour shift differential.

What you will do

• Label, band, core-cut, and package slit rolls and finished goods according to customer specifications and SOPs.
• Perform initial product inspections and track multiple orders while supporting zero-defect quality standards.
• Keep packaging materials supplied and support equipment maintenance.
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement projects.
• Communicate across shifts and with team members to maintain safe and efficient daily operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and obtain a Lift Truck Operator license.
• Basic computer proficiency and flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to changing production priorities, and work effectively in a team.
• Successful completion of a post-offer background check and drug screening is required.
