Quality Inspector (1st) (Manufacturing)

Location: Plover, Wisconsin, United States; onsite, full-time, 1st shift Monday–Friday, 6:00 A.M.–2:00 P.M.

Salary: $36,254.40–$43,700.80 per year; the stated pay range is $17.43–$21.01 per hour. Overtime may be required.

What you will do

• Inspect materials and products for defects, damage, and other imperfections.
• Follow documented ISO processes and procedures to meet customer-specific requirements.
• Gather data, maintain accurate records, and help resolve quality-related issues with supervisors and account teams.
• Work with Quality Engineering, Materials, Account Teams, and other departments as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement, 5S activities, ISO audits, and training.
• Follow facility safety procedures and support special projects or other departmental work as required.

Requirements

• Two or more years of quality control or quality assurance experience in a printing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, administrative procedures, and job-specific quality processes.
• Ability to explain quality policies, methods, and procedures clearly in oral and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and coordinate work with others.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, bend and twist, and stand for the entire shift.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
