Electrical Superintendent II (Mission Critical)

Location: Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, USA; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Support electrical construction execution for life sciences, food and beverage, and mission-critical projects.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors, foremen, electricians, and daily activities with mechanical, structural, and general trades.
• Manage short-interval schedules, prefabrication strategies, manpower planning, and material staging for assigned electrical scopes.
• Verify installations through quality walks, inspections, checklists, testing preparation, and turnover documentation.
• Support installation and commissioning readiness for UPS systems, generators, switchgear, PDUs/RPPs, grounding grids, and low-voltage systems.
• Lead safety checks and enforce LOTO, arc-flash, energized-work avoidance, redundancy, and uptime requirements.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of electrical construction field experience.
• Required experience in life sciences, food and beverage, or mission-critical/data center environments.
• Experience supervising electrical subcontractors and foremen.
• Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, electrical systems, and commissioning processes.
• Proficiency with Procore, BIM 360, and Bluebeam.
• Ability to work onsite in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, USA, on a full-time basis.

Nice to have

• QA/QC experience involving testing, inspections, and documentation.
• OSHA 30 certification.
