Business Analyst (Digital Manufacturing)

Location: USA - NJ - Camden; onsite full-time role. Travel of up to 25% is required.

Salary: $95,000–$130,700 per year, with additional compensation potentially available.

What you will do

• Analyze the digital manufacturing and quality technology landscape, including configurations, integrations, and data flows.
• Build knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes and identify opportunities to optimize business objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business, functional, and compliance needs into actionable requirements.
• Define current- and future-state capabilities to support gap analysis, solution design, development, and change management.
• Support vendors and system integrators through RFI/RFP activities, statements of work, delivery milestones, and solution acceptance.
• Contribute to platform configuration, deployment, testing, validation, ongoing support, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in a technology-enabled Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Quality environment, plus a bachelor’s degree; alternatively, 7+ years with a high school diploma.
• Working knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SAP, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, relational databases, and workflow-driven systems.
• Experience translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements and working independently through complex scenarios.
• Experience with application lifecycle management, including enhancements, upgrades, and sustainment.
• Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Prior experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Program and project management capabilities.
• Understanding of emerging digital manufacturing technology and AI trends.
• Experience with AVEVA MES, other AVEVA products, or Redzone.
• Experience with a Product Operating Model or Product Driven Organization.
