Senior Associate, RFP & Implementation Projects (Digital Health)

Location: Remote within the United States, with hybrid attendance expectations depending on location. New York City-based employees work onsite three days per week; employees in Boston, DC, Chicago, Seattle, and San Francisco attend monthly Work Together Days. Active US work authorization is required.

Salary: $98,000–$115,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the full RFP lifecycle, including intake, response assignments, subject-matter-expert coordination, quality assurance, and submission.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and other stakeholders to create accurate, tailored proposals.
• Maintain reusable RFP content, case studies, and reporting samples in Claude and Confluence.
• Lead concurrent implementations for new payer and channel partners, managing project plans, timelines, risks, and communications.
• Translate contractual scope into configured and launched products in partnership with Sales, Client Success, Care Advocacy, Product, and Data.
• Triage eligibility file issues, escalate technical problems appropriately, and proactively identify partner risks.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally including RFP management or support.
• Experience building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
• Familiarity with the employer benefits ecosystem and digital health.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ownership mindset and the ability to create order from ambiguity.
• Active US work authorization.

• Experience with Claude or other AI tools.
