Project Manager / Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid within reasonable commuting distance of a hirify.global office or approved coworking location in the United States; consultants may be required to work onsite at client locations. Between client engagements, work from a hirify.global office or approved coworking location at least three days per week.

Salary: $118,300–$122,400 annually, plus an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedules, budgets, risks, governance, roadmaps, and executive reporting.
• Gather requirements, document user stories and acceptance criteria, map current and future-state processes, and perform gap, root-cause, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Identify and evaluate AI, automation, copilots, and digital transformation opportunities; support testing, training, change management, and adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, product, data, and vendor teams on implementations, integrations, testing, reporting, dashboards, data quality, and governance.
• Lead workshops, steering committees, sprint ceremonies, requirements sessions, and executive meetings while aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop business cases, roadmaps, recommendations, proposals, and statements of work; contribute to business development and mentor junior consultants.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical project management, business analysis, consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
• Track record delivering complex business or technology transformation projects, with strong planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience documenting requirements, process flows, and user stories, and facilitating workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with generative AI, enterprise AI tools, copilots, or intelligent automation, and experience identifying AI-enabled process improvements.
• Experience working with engineering, product, IT, or data teams; familiarity with process mapping tools and analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Applicants must already be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Consulting experience in energy, utilities, transportation, manufacturing, or other industrial sectors.
• Experience with AI transformation, intelligent automation, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini, or low-code/no-code platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, hybrid delivery methods, ERP, CRM, EAM, GIS, Workday, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or cloud platforms.
• Change management experience and certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, CBAP, or Lean Six Sigma.
